General Purpose:
Proactively plans and performs advanced technical activities requiring knowledge in multiple areas or on a system level to service the customer. Prioritizes work based on customer impact, and brings expertise to customer site on need basis. Provide expert
Support to Customers and Customer Teams during Pre-sales phase.
Main Responsibilit Area:
- Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area.
- Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes.
- Identifies and solves technical problems Shares
- knowledge in own professional area. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty.
Job Description
- Provide customer support in normal hours and in emergency cases outside normal hours.
- Act as an interface to the customer towards Nokia, 3rd party technical support and Nokia project team.
- Carry out Network Planning, Implementation, Commissioning, Integration, Site
- Acceptance Testing, Expansions and Troubleshooting.
- Provides Pre-Sales support and Network Architecture design.
- Carry out network audits and SW updates and upgrades.
- Cooperate and provide support to other Nokia departments and colleagues.
- Reporting to Nokia Line and Project management.
- Participates in / Leads know-how exchange.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent IP theoretical and practical background with established standard IP Expert level certification (Cisco or Juniper), JNCIE-SP is preferred.
- Must have IP/MPLS hands-on experience on Juniper solutions.
- Theoretical and/or practical knowledge about Juniper SRX firewalls is preferred, with
- Specialist level certification as a plus.
- Knowledge and/or experience with LTE solution is a plus.
- Having a customer service oriented mindset.
- Familiar to working with customers in the Algerian market.
- Self-motivated and Result Driven.
- Flexible, Dynamic and Capable of performing under pressure.
- A successful team player.
- Developed communication skills.
- Self-studying.
- Good communication skills in English. CV to be written in English.
