Purpose of job
To secure additional business for the organization by leading virtual teams to win and close complex national, international or global strategic sales campaigns, achieve new wins or by supporting major Account Managers or Client Directors to secure competitive strategic portfolio extension deals.

Key Accountabilities :
- Lead Qualification Process. According to the company business assurance process, leads the qualification process for strategic opportunities.
- Inputting to Bid Reviews. Together with designated engagement manager, provides and presents appropriate input to company bid review process including identification of risks.
- Sales Planning. Establishes value proposition and win strategy for all qualified opportunities. Identifies and influences decision makers, influencers and stakeholders (internal and external). Identifies and creates strategy for beating the competition.
- Forecasting. Submits accurate and timely monthly sales forecast to line management.
- Winning Deals. Leads the negotiations to close the deal.
- Business Know How. Maintains a high level of corporate strategy and general business understanding.
- Sales Systems & Process Management. Makes proper use of specified company tools and processes to manage sales campaigns within and across borders. Updates the CRM database and carries out administrative tasks as appropriate.
- Team Building & Development. Identifies, motivates and communicates with virtual teams to effectively support qualified opportunities. Advises and trains Sales Assistants and Sales Representatives as agreed with manager.
- Strategy Development. As agreed with manager, develops the sales strategy for specified business area (customer/industry).

- Achievement against targets (revenue and/or profitability)
- Pipeline quality
- Win rate

Required Education and Experience :
- Specialist university degree or equivalent education
- Several years relevant professional experience
- Successful track record as a Senior Sales Representative
- Sales leadership experience in a multinational environment
